Silicone rubber molds used for vacuum casting are excellent in flexibility and transferability, allowing for easy demolding even in cases where shapes like undercuts may pose challenges, or for products with complex shapes. We offer epoxy and urethane resins that possess performance equivalent to various types of rubber (such as ABS and PP, with hardness ranging from 10 to 90), enabling us to provide casting products that better meet your requirements. Additionally, since the resin is injected in a vacuum state, the occurrence and inclusion of air bubbles are extremely minimal, allowing for the production of copies that faithfully reproduce the details of the mold.
